Description:
Chandler Industries, a leading contract manufacturer specializing in precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, and value-added services, is hiring skilled Welders for our Blaine, MN facility. We have openings for multiple Welder Aâ€™s (TIG, Aerospace & Military) and a Seam Welder.

What Youâ€™ll Do:

Welder A: Perform TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding on Aerospace and Military components. Set up and weld parts independently, inspect welds, handle materials safely, and assist with training and new product launches.

Seam Welders: Operate seam welding machines to join metal parts along continuous seams. Prepare parts, monitor welds, inspect for quality, and maintain a safe work area.

Schedule:

Welder A:
- First Shift: Monday â€" Thursday, 5:00AM to 3:30PM
- Second Shift: 3:15 PM â€" 1:45 AM (10% shift differential).

Seam Welders: Flexible - 4-day, 10-hour shifts or 5-day, 8-hour shifts during regular business hours.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Welding experience required; GTAW experience preferred for Welder A.

Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.

Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Must be a U.S. person under ITAR regulations (Citizen, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee).

Welder A: Must pass AWS D17.1 qualification and meet Class A/C inspection requirements.

Preferred:

Aluminum and titanium welding experience.

Aerospace fabrication experience.

Vocational or apprenticeship welding training.
